2. User Accounts & Third-Party Authentication (Google Sign-In)

To access the SynVoice studio workspace and API features, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or authenticate via third-party identity providers such as Google OAuth 2.0.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. Any action taken through your account or API key is your sole responsibility.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
• Google Sign-In: If you authenticate using Google, you authorize SynVoice to access your basic profile information (such as name and email address) strictly in compliance with our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

3. Commercial Monetization Rights & Ownership

SynVoice.io claims zero copyright or residual rights over user scripts, transcripts, prompts, or generated outputs. Your creative assets remain entirely your intellectual property.

4. Pay-As-You-Go Credits & Billing Policy

• No Recurring Subscription: All packages purchased on SynVoice.io are one-time charges. You will never be billed automatically without explicit initiation.
• Lifetime Rollover: Unused credits do not expire at the end of the month. They roll over permanently until consumed.
• Consumption: Characters are calculated in real-time based on the selected voice model tier and script length.
• Refund Policy: Due to the instant delivery of computational resources, credit purchases are non-refundable once characters have been synthesized, except in cases of verified technical system failures.

5. Acceptable Use Policy & AI Safety Ethics

SynVoice is committed to responsible, safe AI speech generation. Users are strictly prohibited from generating voice synthesis for:

• Deceptive impersonation, fraudulent bank/call center scams, phishing, or financial theft.
• Deepfake audio created with malicious intent to defame, harass, or mislead voters in public elections.
• Distribution of unlawful, hate-inciting, terroristic, or sexually abusive material.
• Cloning voices of individuals without their explicit written consent or legal authorization.

SynVoice reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.

6. Platform Availability, Warranties & Disclaimer

SynVoice strives to maintain a 99.9% platform availability across its synthesis endpoints. However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynVoice disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SynVoice, its founders, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your access to or inability to use the platform.

8. Account Termination & Suspension

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through support or the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
